This review is all about how helpful the service was. The hotel isn’t anything spectacular, but we found the rooms were fairly nice and the kitchen was a big bonus. The location is in a big parking lot area so it feels remote, but we had multiple situations where the front desk went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience staying here for a night.

Overall a very good/excellent experience. It would appear that the hotel had been recently renovated. I had a suite, pretty much a full kitchen, sitting room and king size bed in another room. Clean and fresh. At least in the suite I was in, I felt the rooms were a little cramped. Bathroom had shower only, which I prefer. The hotel has free parking and free breakfast. The only issue I had was location. At the back side of a shopping plaza jammed in between the back of a target and a quality inn, there is no view to speak of. Right next to the highway, there is traffic noise if that bothers you. Traffic getting in and out of the shopping plaza in not good. The staff was top notch. Pleasant and professional. I had an issue with the length of my stay which was promptly addressed by the front desk to my satisfaction. Guest laundry, Swimming pool, firepits, and an above average gym.

All the front desk staff were outstanding with directions & recommendations. The rooms are amazingly clean, well thought out, and so comfortable to crash in at the end of a very busy day. Every convenience was thought of. Can’t wait to stay at another Marriott (both Residence Inn & Element were fabulous stays)! Element even had a handicap accessible chairlift for the pool! Complimentary breakfast was healthy and good. Thanks to all who made my stay wonderful!

The hotel is clean, as are the rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful, love the fire pit outside. I would maybe occasionally change up breakfast options just to keep things interesting. Location is pretty far from things if you don't have a car, nothing a short Uber drive can't handle, but it's not near much other than a target. Over all I had a great stay and will definitely be coming back.

Our stay over the New Year was great. We were welcomed warmly and checked in wonderfully. They had a complementary cru d'etat station complete with adult beverages (we dont drink but it was a nice touch.) They were prompt with attending to all requests. They had a very nice complementary hot tea station in the evening. The indoor heated pool was nice and the facility was updated and clean. The gas fireplaces were not on outside, this would have been a nice feature. I am not complaining, it's on me for not asking about it, they may have been broken but who knows. This place is a Marriott Bonvoy affiliated hotel and had a similar, but smaller, feel to the aesthetics here. They could have been a little more decked out for the holidays in my opinion, the space had a ton more potential. The common areas were clean and inviting and large couches and areas to use electronic devices, tables etc and an outdoor seating area (it was 21 degrees, no one was sitting outside lol) Our room was in the 3rd floor, elevators worked well. Our bathroom was large and had a great shower, a big cozy bed. Couches were firm, kitchen clean and had more than enough kitchen utensils dishes, etc (they had settings for 4-5 people, fridge was nice and clean, carpets were clean. Tv worked great. Nice blackout blinds. There were other families there, we met some folks from Korea and some from Quebec at the pool. Kids had a great time! It's pretty quiet, it's tucked at the end of commercial center behind a big Target, which worked out well for us when getting groceries. Thanks to the staff for a great stay!
